LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We recognize the critically important need for individuals and organizations to increase their focus on developing their leadership capability. Understanding that leadership is a choice, not a position, our firm has developed a program to establish a foundation or culture of leadership that can easily be incorporated throughout an organization.

We have developed five simple truths to creating a leadership foundation which individuals and organizations have longed for. Simply stated, this is about “blocking and tackling”; however our message runs much deeper. Starting with the realization that leadership is a choice and not a position, we then develop a company vision, mission and values statement. When the team has agreed upon or decided ownership of it we obtain unwavering commitment to its realization. Finally, all the stakeholders accept the responsibility to challenge or “break” the way we do things in order to achieve our desired outcome.
